Seattle’s only over-water hotel: where rock’n’roll history meets Pacific Northwest luxury. The Edgewater Hotel is laden with a rich musical past and surrounded by breathtaking views of the Olympic Mountains, Elliott Bay and the sparkling city. Consistently named one of the best hotels in Seattle, our unique location on Pier 67 means you’re just a short walk to everything you want to do in our evergreen city. Relax in luxurious waterfront or cityside accommodations knowing you’re doing the same as the Beatles, Pearl Jam and the Foo Fighters once did. We’ll even loan you complimentary rental guitars, sheet music and record players to inspire you to fully experience life at The Edge.

Just as pictured , clean and neat boutique experience not your chain hotel. Friendly customer service and good coffee shop and what a view from the lobby and restaurant. My sister and I stayed 3 nights in city view room prior to Alaska cruise and truly enjoyed it.

We were told we would need to pay an extra $31 per night for extras, which included being able to hire a guitar and hire a bike. It made no difference that all we wanted to do was sleep in our rooms and leave the next morning. The decor is old, dull and tired and needs to be brought up to date to reflect the prices charged. The bathrooms had a few safety issues with an uneven surface and trip hazard on the floor and in the shower. The lighting throughout is very subdued. I would not recommend using this hotel.

Nice, spacious rooms with charm. Good views and nice to have a fireplace. My room was really loud with a ship or something coming in around 3am and again in the morning. I could hear the person staying in the room above stomping around and coughing very clearly and my fireplace (it was off), made a popping sound several times in the night. Great front desk staff.

Unique, a great place to entertain your family and friends if you are meeting them in Seattle, most accommodating. We booked as guests of the Hotel Collection from American Express. The upgrades and credits were significant. Thank you General Manager Ian McClendon and in particular the valet service, the dining staff Allie (20 year employee), Lorena and Thomas. We entertained friends and dined at the hotel in the Pearl Jam suite and no one wanted to leave the suite. Views and weather, mini bar, guitars and museum quality decor. Such fun.

I splurged for a waterfront room with a balcony and I’m so glad I did! I visit Seattle at least once a year but I’ve never stayed somewhere with a view like this. The room was spacious and comfortable. I loved being able to sit on the balcony and look at the water. The building itself is a little dated but full of charm. I didn’t borrow a guitar or record player but I thought the idea was cute.
