Overnight Stay
The Lotte is beautiful and centrally located downtown. The reception staff is fantastic, very nice and accommodating. We were disappointed as there was no safe in the room. Also, we found the soap dishes in the bathrooms ridiculous as there was no way to keep the soap from slipping down thus making it nearly impossible to pry it loose for the next usage. Staff was the highlight.

Great location, shower unbearable.
This was a beautiful hotel, friendly staff. Kind valet. Overall A+ with an amazing location. The only downfall was the shower in our room… apparently it only had one temperature- scalding hot. My 16!year old daughter complained after her shower that she couldn’t stand in it, and I thought it was just user error. However, I wasn’t able to get anything comfortable either no matter how hard I tried. I turned the knob each way very slowly waiting and nothing changed. Cold water wasn’t even an option. I opted out of a shower again the rest of our stay, and our room did not have a bath so being unable to shower comfortably was disappointing. We spent Saturday at Lumen field watching a concert in the rain and cold, but upon our return I chose to hide in bed cold rather than scald my skin off. Other than this issue, everything else and all the people we encountered were wonderful!

Lotte Hotel Stay In Seattle
Hotel was very nice. Location was convenient for activities in downtown Seattle area. Staff personnel were extremely helpful.

Gary saw a veteran and as a veteran himself, he immediately treated me like king. For people who don't know, this is a sign of respect that is rarely seen. He was so respectful and so kind, it brought a tear to my eye. Thank you Gary. You're the man
