Lotte Hotel Seattle

During our stay in Seattle I had a plan to propose to my partner. After booking our room, I was directed to the incredible Guest Experience Manager, Melissa Stephens, to make special arrangements for the celebration of our soon to be engagement. Melissa was incredibly helpful and responsive, she made planning easy. Not only did she arrange to have flowers and champagne delivered to our room after we returned from our proposal dinner, she went above and beyond in adding extra decor with sweet signage, rose petals, candles and fresh slippers arranged by our bed. She even left a kind note of congratulations and followed up after our stay to make sure everything was perfect. It made our special day even more special and memorable. Also, while we were checking out of our hotel, the man at the front desk gave us such a kind and heartfelt congratulations. He was also extremely helpful with storing all of our luggage while we explored the city. And when we were ready to take a cab back to the airport he made sure to walk us down to the lobby to personally make sure that us and our luggage were taken care of as we departed. Outside of the many wonderful interactions we had with the staff, the hotel itself is a marvel for the eyes. Every element and piece of decor is so thoughtfully and beautifully designed. It's definitely worth the stay if you appreciate art and/or interior design. It was also conveniently located walking distance from attractions like Pike's Place Market and only a short drive from the Space Needle. The food during our stay was incredible. We had breakfast at the hotel two days in a row and were wowed both times. The food had high-quality ingredients and was prepared beautifully. Highly recommend for a romantic and memorable stay!

We had a wonderful stay at rhe Lotte Hotel in Seattle. Enjoyed every moment, especially their excellent service under the supervision of Antoine. The staff is really good, from front desk to the breakfast. The Spa facilty and gym are a good place to relax. Thank you.

I stayed at the Lotte hotel for a week during a work trip. The hotel was managed by my company, so I didn't have much familiarity with it upon arrival, but over the course of the next week I was pleasantly surprised at several turns. From a professional perspective the hotel managed the event very well, with plenty of good spaces for both larger meetings and smaller ones. The hotel team was timely and effective preparing spaces on a daily basis and re-configuring them as needed plenary sessions vs roundtables vs catering. From an individual perspective, while some of the decor and specifics of the units are peculiar (see other comments about design) I found the rooms to be spacious, comfortable, and well designed. Staff were attentive and fast on things like room service, and housekeeping staff took small steps that were appreciated. Interactions at reception on the 16th floor or the welcome desk on the ground floor were always cordial. The bar and accompanying restaurant are great in-house options as well. Special mention for Arthur who went above and beyond to accommodate a car-related request I had. I put the request in to take a car from the hotel and it was already out, but Arthur ensured that upon its return I was promptly notified and able to avail it. Excellent service.

The customer service at the Lotte Hotel was spectacular from the front desk to the lobby and the bartenders at the bar. Everyone was so friendly. The manager Sun was also very helpful and paid special attention to accommodate my needs which I was grateful for as I was celebrating my birthday during this stay. I would highly recommend this hotel and would be staying here again in the future. The hotel is beautiful, clean and staff is very friendly. I truly enjoyed my stay.

Very stylish, spacious and cozy room, and I especially like bathroom design. Assistance from Sun made us feel warm and comfortable. Room service responded very quickly. Charlotte restaurant is amazing with fantastic view and delicious food. Highly recommend people to visit.
