One night in Seattle
We had an amazing night at the Lotte. The staff was incredible and took such good care of us! Food was so so good!

Excellent hotel
Beautiful hotel in Seattle - great location, and feels like a safe area. The room was huge, clean and modern. The decor is quirky - I liked it, but it may not be to everyone's taste. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff at the reception were always helpful and friendly.

The hotel didn’t have much ambiance. We didn’t like the location as you can’t walk too much. The bar at Lottie wasn’t very cozy. Very bad shower heads. We wouldn’t stay here again for the expensive cost.

Top tier hotel in Seattle
It was fantastic. All staffs were so kind. Most of all, thanks to 'Sun' and 'Paul' at front desk and they gave the best memory to my family. The room was clean and roomy. All facilities were very clean. Definitely the Lotte is the top tier hotel and we will stay this Lotte hotel again at next visit in Seattle.

Fantastic 1 night stay with my 9-year old daughter
My daughter and I were planning to catch an early train from Seattle-and though we live in the greater metro area, decided to start the vacation early by staying at the Lotte. We had a fantastic experience from the moment we checked in. Yeonsoo at the front desk took very good care of us explaining the amenities and generally made my daughter feel pampered and special. The room was fantastic too-as seen in this picture the "infinity mirror" brought my daughter a lot of joy, and we both loved the modern and slightly opulent style. We ate in the hotel lounge, and the food, atmosphere, and service were outstanding-we finished the evening with milk and cookies delivered to the room. All in all the experience was a 5 star start to our weekend away. I'm looking forward to getting the chance to stay again!
