The Westin Josun Seoul

The conceirge service at the Westin Josun Seoul is amazing. Lizy Kim is excellent, her smile and patience is highly appreciated. She gave me all the information and answred all my questions. I think this what make Marriot Hotels excell in custmer service. They choose professional staff.

Rooms tired and for a Westin just not up to standard. Very expensive. Tired bathroom, no separate shower unit. Not to the usual Bonvoy standard sadly. Breakfast was very expensive and not included in the room rate. The hotel lobby area etc looked the part but rooms sadly not.

The room was spacious and quiet (the photos show our room during our stay)The air-con was centrally controlled and set to around 21 degrees celcius. There was a bonus though; there were 2 smaller windows that could be opened without having to sign a consent form. The customer service was outstanding. Polite, efficient and friendly - the staff were a far cry from what you would get in the U.K where customer service is a joke. Perhaps one underrated feature is the airport bus which runs on a regular schedule and payment can be made using a T Money card. The trip takes about 1 hour and 20 minutes to Incheon airport. There are a huge number of shops and street vendors nearby without of the negative attributes such as graffiti or anti social behavior. The closest Metro station is only 5 minutes away too. In other words the location is ideal. We stayed 4 nights in this hotel and we couldn't have asked for a better stay.

4th stay at Westin Chosun, service is as impeccable as ever. Would like to give a special shout-out to this tall and well mannered staff, who happened to come out of the revolving door at the right time, at the front entrance on 16th April 2025. He kindly helped me to change won to smaller notes for my cab ride as the cab driver did not have change. He wasted no time and sprung into action fast. Really appreciate it ☺️ In fact from bell hop to reception, service is always lovely. Keep up the good work and excellent service.

Top notch. I have only good things to say about this hotel. The staff are friendly and professional. The rooms, lovely. The facilities, exceptional. Special thanks to Exy Jun on reception and Kyung Hee in the business office. Well done everyone.
