Staying at the Park Hyatt Shanghai is an experience like no other – the hotel starts on the 79th floor of the Shanghai World Financial Centre, so you’re quite literally living in the clouds. The views are breathtaking from every corner – whether you're swimming in the infinity pool, having breakfast, or just relaxing in your room, you’re always surrounded by incredible panoramas of the city. The pool, called "Water’s Edge", is especially magical – it feels like it disappears into the sky. The food is excellent – especially The Dining Room, which focuses on elegant Jiangnan cuisine. The flavours are light and refined, and you can really taste the care in every dish. The design of the hotel is beautiful too – all warm tones, modern art, and a peaceful, almost club-like atmosphere. Speaking of clubs, the Park Salon on the 86th floor is well worth the extra fee. It’s not your typical hotel lounge – more like a calm, chic hideaway with stunning views, flowing drinks, great snacks and light meals throughout the day. It feels like you’re floating above the city in your own private sky lounge. A stay at Park Hyatt Shanghai is more than just a hotel experience – it’s a serene, sky-high escape that blends stunning views, refined dining, and thoughtful luxury in every detail. It’s Shanghai at its most elevated, literally and figuratively.

High building with 108 floor and landmark of Shanghai. The location is very good and just few minutes from Metro, to Pudong airport also very easy with metro 2. The receptionists are friendly. The room is modern and nice deco. The breakfast there are many choice and delicious. the service of restaurant and Park Salon lounge are good and helpful. The room is very big and comfort. I am strongly to recommend tourists and the business peoples to choose hotel Park Hyatt Shanghai when to visit there.

Park Hyatt Shanghai truly lives up to its reputation — the Diplomat Suite was a highlight of my trip. With a soaring duplex layout and 180 sqm of space, it felt like a private residence. Every detail, from the finishes to the layout, is designed for comfort — a true home away from home. Among the top suites I stayed in on this trip (including very premium suites at Waldorf Astoria Shanghai, W Shanghai, Regent Pudong, Amanfayun, and Park Hyatt Changsha), this one stood out as the most comfortable. Designed by Tony Chi, the aesthetic is elegant and understated, but never dull. The public areas are beautifully executed, with an atmosphere of calm sophistication. The views may not be the absolute best in Shanghai — some rooms face the city — but with the Jin Mao Tower and Shanghai Tower just outside the window, there’s a stunning cyberpunk feel. Overall, this suite delivers a refined, peaceful, and luxurious experience that few others can match — highly recommended.

Absolutely fantastic service and surprisingly good for families with toddlers, even as a business hotel! The staff members were incredibly kind and accommodating from check-in to check-out. They anticipated our needs with the little ones (extra beds, baby toiletries, milk water) even better than we did as parents. As a business hotel where I usually stay for work trips, Park Hyatt Shanghai exceeded expectations by providing a much smoother experience for our toddlers than another kids' resort we visited during the same trip. Highly recommend! BTW, the around 80th-floor city views were a huge hit with our toddlers! They were fascinated by the view with tiny cars and buildings, the busy ships on the river, and the wonderful day and night views. They started asking for our next stay as soon as we left the airport.

Amazing view from the hotel. Bed is very comfortable. All the ingredients and food are very good quality for Breakfast. All Hyatt Park staff from check in time to check out time were very kind, professional and very attentive to any of our questions
