Ritz perfection - Club Lounge Delight
Our stay at The Portman Ritz-Carlton Shanghai, was truly exceptional. Opting for the Club Lounge access proved to be an excellent decision. The Ladies and Gentlemen provided outstanding service, attending to our every need with remarkable attentiveness. Phenomenal experience and spectacular staff
I had an incredibly nice time in the club lounge, Matthew and Ruby were incredibly helpful and professional in assisting me with whatever I needed. I highly recommend visiting the lounge as the staff go above and beyond everytime. It’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy some quiet time.

Shout out to the employee Estelle. I have late flight today and she arranged a 4pm late check out for me, which helped me a lot! She also provided me so many fruits cuz I can’t get the points for my booking(even it’s not something she has to do), really appreciate!! I’ll definitely be back for my next trip here

Daisy and all the staff members are so sweet. It's always a pleasure to come here. It's really safe place, and I enjoyed each moments here. I really appreciate the fragrance in the hall, really fresh. I prefer to stay here than going back to Paris in France
