酒店位置好，去附近遊玩十分大。 Check in 時等了一段時間，可能太忙，同事沒有像其他四季酒店提供一張紙關於我經AE book 房有什麼benefit 的資料給我 。一到你我擔心。 有冇介紹餐廳位置。 入住room 2602. 房間方面，面積大，雖然不是新洒店，但係都保養不錯。酒店知道我哋慶祝生日都有特別安排。 但晚上瞓覺突然冇晒冷氣，我熱醒咗又瞓唔返。 洗手間電視機壞了，沒有人修理。 早餐種類多，幾好食。但個個同事都好忙好似人手不足咁。 值得一讚大廚Leo Li, 佢10分忙碌，但對各位人客都滿面笑容，待人10分親切。 幫我Check out 的同事Alison ， 當我告訴她昨晚房間冇冷氣，很冷靜，沒有顯得不驚訝。推算房間setting 有問題。她很好，retain 我再次光臨，會remark 下次會有妥善安排。 總結，作為四季酒店粉絲，深圳四季比較同區五星酒店和其他四季酒店相比確有地方改善，但Leo 和Alison 嘅優質服務挽回了不少分數。令我會再考慮入住。

一顿大满足，幸福的午餐
和朋友在卓越軒食午饭，各種食品的質素绝对天花板的層次！色香味俱全已经是不在话下，各样的食材都達到本身的最高点，卓上所有配料漿油，完全都冇点過，因为食品本身質素已经令你满足！点心是其他酒家比不上的，而小黄魚加上一点黄皮，令魚味提升到另一高層次，而主食鲍鱼炒飯更加無解可擊！飯後總結是滿足，幸福☺️，多謝孫總的作品🙏

Thank you to Four Seasons Shenzhen
The staff members at the lobby lounge (Nicole Li and there was another staff member who I forgot the name), they were both on night shift on 8Feb, they were so friendly and helpful to chat with us and took pictures for me and friends, you just felt very welcome! Additionally, I had issue with my room key and I had been up and down between my room and front desk 3 times. The night shift front desk staff offered me water while waiting and then sent someone to go to my room with me immediately to fix it. I am so impressed with their immediate steps/actions to fix the problem in the middle of the night. lastly I would like to thank Ray from the sales and marketing team who always provide extensive info regarding shopping , sightseeing , trends in the area. Thank you Four Seasons SZ!

Short get awa in Shenzhen
The location : This place is Great, next to the MTR and malls with great choice of food, shops and even Supermarket. Within the 15mins of walking you can have a good varieties of mall, even to popular COCO park. Room Size : is a Spacious 30m++ which choice of pillow and good choice of toileteries plus a tub. The view from the room is ok, not great but the comfort of the spacious toilet, automated Bidet with seat warmer makes the stay alot more comfortable in winter days Service by Staff : Extremely helpful, goes all the way to check online,for me the places i can get a Labubu cake. When i was just asking if they happened to know where can i find that Labubu cake. Satff at the Cafe, Bernies and Cathy at the cafe is very friendly/ has a great smile and remember me by name when i comes back to stay in this hotel the 3rd time. They took efford to introduced to me the choice of food for the breakfast selection. When they notice i was having a little discomfort in my voice, they offer me a pot of "Pear+red dates+ Rock sugar tea" which is good for throat Overall stay is a great experience, my hotel of choice if i goes to Shenzhen
