One Farrer Hotel

I stayed at this place pre-covid and it was AMAZING...so I came back. My room was ready when I arrived early and my request for one huge bed was honored. I was even upgraded to a larger room and a birthday cake was delivered to my room later that evening (I told them I had come back to celebrate my birthday there when I checked in.). The rooms are nice. The location is right next store to the MRT (subway). And there is an underground passageway from there to the mall across the street - where there is shopping, restaurants, and even an upscale grocery store. The only thing not amazing - the breakfast. It's served out of a converted conference room on the floor with the conference center - with conferences going on and not their restaurant (weird.)

A heartfelt thank you to the team for preparing such a clean room—it truly made a big difference during our stay. We usually experience bad sinus issues after just one night, but this time we were completely fine for two nights. Special thanks to Naren and Sella for taking care of our special requests, and to the housekeeping team for doing an excellent job!

A comfortable and spacious hotel with friendly, supportive staff. I was upgraded to a suite, which was an extra bonus, a beautiful set of rooms with a paniramic view. Everything was spotlessly clean. The cleaning service people appeared twice a day just to make sure. My room on an upper floor was quiet at night. I'd like to make a special mention of Param and Suman 😊, the staff members who I met when I arrived. They were fast and professional with the checking in process and made me feel very welcome, which after an extremely long and tiring overnight flight, was wonderful. Breakfast was fine, a normal buffet style with a good selection of items, but the small room it was held in was extremely crowded and a little bit stressful. I think that's the only detail that could be improved. On the whole a very enjoyable stay! I would definitely consider staying there again! 😊
