The Leela Kovalam, A Raviz Hotel

I am writing this on behalf of my parents who came to Leela Kovalam moms Bday. The only thing they had to tell was about Mr. Krishnadas, the way he had look after them. They had an early flight and went to the hotel early. Understanding thier situation Mr. Krishna took quick action and allocated them the room quickly and at ease. He is really one of the major reason why we are planning to come back. I have been to all major Leela properties however this experience is going to last for ever due to the service he had offered for my dear ones. Everyone was so gentle and caring them

This was the best resort we have experienced so far. The staff is very supportive and energetic. Right from booking, front desk, restaurant, travel desk, drivers and support staff. Each and every one took so much care to ensure we had the best experience. We missed an item at room and they helped bring it to airport as well before we got into our flight. If I come back to kovalam I'll definitely stay only at this place.

Fantastic buffet and a la carte. Magnificent views. Superb friendly service. Big shout for Megha. On the ball, pleasant and highly professional. Easily one of the best restaurant staff I have encountered on my Indian travels... including Mumbai and Kolkata.

I had the chance to attend several classes with Mukhta , and she is truly an exceptional yoga instructor! She is always smiling, kind, and her gentle voice is incredibly soothing, especially at the start of each session when she leads us with a calming prayer before moving into dynamic yoga sequences. Every muscle is engaged; you can truly feel the work happening throughout the body. After just three classes, I already noticed a significant improvement in my posture. If she had a YouTube channel offering online classes, I would subscribe immediately to keep practicing with her from France! Thank you Mukhta for your wonderful energy and beautiful guidance ! Tania

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at ease. The service throughout our stay was outstanding—every staff member we encountered was warm, attentive, and committed to making our visit memorable. The food was another highlight, with a delightful variety of dishes that satisfied our taste buds. One of the most enjoyable moments was the evening tea experience. Sitting by the beach, sipping tea, and enjoying a selection of delicious snacks while taking in the sound of the waves and the sea breeze created a truly soothing atmosphere. It was a simple pleasure that brought a lot of happiness. Overall, everything from the ambiance to the service and food contributed to a highly satisfying and relaxing stay. We are grateful for the hospitality and the sense of tranquility that this place provided. We truly hope to return again soon to relive the peaceful moments and once again enjoy the excellent service, tasty meals, and the beautiful beachside experience.
