My stay at the Bvlgari Hotel Tokyo was simply the best hotel experience I've had in Japan. The service was absolutely impeccable – every staff member went above and beyond. The facilities are top-notch, from the stunning rooms with breathtaking views to the luxurious spa. One of the highlight was dining at Sushi Hoseki. What an experience! The artistry and quality of the sushi were exceptional. Truly a world-class hotel that exceeded all expectations. Highly recommend for anyone seeking an unforgettable luxury stay in Tokyo, and be sure to experience Sushi Hoseki!

I have stayed in aman Tokyo , Conrad , peninsula , mandarin oriental , I would say Bulgari is exceptional !!! The service of their staff in every dept is exceptional . They went above and beyond! Truly outstanding ! They upgraded me to a suite through my Amex booking . Wished I could stay longer !! Will come back again in march for the Sakura season !! Thank you to all the staff who made my stay memorable !

This hotel is a dream. The hotel had been selected by the 2024 MICHELIN Guide hotel as three key hotel. Without doubt it mets that standard. With all my travels, I don't think I've ever had such a flawless stay. They think about everything. A couple examples: 1) every time they thought their house car (a Maserati) would be better than calling for a taxi, they gave me access to it. Even when I wasn't a guest there anymore (I had stored my luggage one night while in Kyoto). 2) I wanted to buy some of their toiletries (their soaps are so amazing) but they were sold out, so they created a care package and included a few. Even when I didn't get an upgrade (I had booked with FH&R package with Amex and that typically comes with an upgrade), they did it such a way that made me feel they tried really hard to do so and promised to consider they weren't able to met this expectation the next time I stayed. My other stays in Japan (at the Hotel Mitsui Kyoto and Andaz Tokyo) also didn't have upgrades and could learn how to communicate this more elegantly!. The room was a haven and with the latest technology. The breakfast was fantastic that I actually lingered and enjoyed it. The folks that work there are without doubt the best in Tokyo. Over the years, I've stayed at the Shangri-La, Conrad, Edition Ginza, Four Seasons, Price Gallery, Grand Hyatt, and Mandarin Oriental. They are all great. But the Bvlgari is exceptional and a dream.

Semplicemente la perfezione. Ospitalità italiana elevata all’eccellenza assoluta.

Didn't stay at this hotel during this visit, yet instead had stayed at the Grand Hyatt Tokyo in Roppongi. My wife really wanted this for quite some while, so when we went back to Japan I had to make this happen for her. Everything was as expected. Very posh. The service was amazing. Very warm and kind staff. Definitely would make the return if ever finding myself back in Japan again.
