Conrad Tokyo

Great hotel, great service and room. Wanted to give them 5 stars but the breakfast even tough was excellent flavor it was repetitive. And it was a little inconvenient that every time you wanted to go from your room to outside tue hotel, you had to go through the entire 28th lobby floor. Location is good, very close to oedo metro and yurikamome stations, and a little far to jr station. Rooms are incredible, big and modern. I stayed at floor 37th which was the executive floor, very nice. Only bad thing was that we’d too noisy because of the executive lounge and also we heard a lot of trains even being very high. I would definitely come back here, and not the Hilton Tokyo which is the worst hotel in Japan, they kidnap for their mistakes.

We really weren’t expecting this level of service and perfection in hospitality. The property is in excellent condition. The rooms are huge and updated. Yes, the tiles in the might show a little age, but nothing to diminish the level of service and amenities you get with your stay. The breakfast is delicious and dinner at the casual restaurant was excellent as well. Skip the Japanese restaurant though… really really really an amazing stay. Pedro the Guest Relations General Manager was a standout of our time there. We even got a framed family picture on our last night. I really can’t recommend this hotel enough.

Great location with easy transport connections, although we mostly used taxis. The hotel is in an office building with the top floors (28 - 37) dedicated to the hotel, so not like a typical lobby. During our three nights there, we dined at all four restaurants with China Blue being our favorite. The service, view and food were all exceptional. They actually had three certified sommeliers on duty! The staff were all friendly, happy and ready to make you happy, especially the turndown service staff and the concierges. Our favorite was Fumis Murase, the Front Office Guest Relations Manager who went above and beyond to assist us. Now the frustrating part: we were supposed to get an upgrade "if available." There were plenty of rooms available BUT they only wanted to upgrade one level (bay view) which were all sold out. Why is it so hard to upgrade two levels, if it is available?! We had two rooms, so after some sweet talking and coaxing, we did get one corner king city view suite. It was much appreciated!

An extra special mention to Hiroyuki Mizutani who exceeded expectations in looking after us during our stay. Mr Mizutani helped us from the moment we arrived until our check-out. Including, how to efficiently use Tokyo's public transit.

We had a wonderful stay at Conrad Tokyo and were especially blown away by the incredible food and top-notch service. Every meal was a delight, with beautifully prepared dishes that impressed both the adults and our 5-year-old and 2-year-old! A special shoutout to Izumi, who made our experience truly unforgettable. She was so kind, warm, and attentive—our son still talks about how nice she was! It's rare to find service that makes such a lasting impression, especially on a child. We’re already looking forward to coming back during the first week of August. Thank you to the entire Conrad Tokyo team for making our stay so special. Can’t wait to see you all again soon!
