Struttura meravigliosa…peccato per tutto il resto
Ho prenotato questo weekend all’ultimo, con il senno di poi avrei evitato leggendo le altre recensioni che confermano quanto descriverò. Dopo aver chiamato il venerdì pomeriggio per prenotare telefonicamente ho chiesto esplicitamente molte informazioni relative alla spa (Essendo prevista per domenica una giornata piovosa). Le jacuzzi interne purtroppo sono fredde, e invece di ammettere che non sono mai state calde la reception ti tranquillizza dicendo che i loro tecnici sono al lavoro per sistemare la situazione. Il personale parla quasi esclusivamente inglese, non è un problema, ma siamo pur sempre in Toscana…. Il servizio ristorante piuttosto limitato e sicuramente non tipico della zona. Peccato perché la struttura di per sé è davvero meravigliosa.

Muy bonito , de preferencia visitarlo en verano , hace frío en otra época del año y no se puede disfrutar todas las instalaciones tiene viñedo, alberca, spa , excelente vista , el restaurante es bueno ,y el servicio espectacular , calificación 10

Great property in the Montelpulciano area
A wonderful stay and a hidden gem of a property. We found this through the Hyatt website and are so glad we did. It is a beautiful property that open just a year ago. Everything is in pristine condition. The rooms are beautiful. The staff is so welcoming. It was such a relaxing stay. We loved walking around the property.

Un lugar increíble en la Toscana. Recomendaría este hotel y volveríamos,el lugar es precioso con unas paisajes lindísimos de la Toscana,el personal del hotel está en todo momento pendiente,el desayuno es delicioso y la terraza donde lo sirven con las vistas es algo insuperable. Las instalaciones,su piscina,el spa son fantásticas. Estamos deseando volver y poder compartir con nuestra familia este lugar tan maravilloso.

A Fully Satisfied Stay
We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel facilities were excellent, clean and well maintained. The countryside setting was picturesque and quiet. We had two outstanding dinners at the hotel and the breakfast buffet which was included in our room rate was incredible. It is a five star resort and the rating is well deserved.
