Dear Rajesh, Virendra & Barsha at Raffles Udaipur, Back in the bay for a few days and then off for our summer holidays….Wanted to send you a quick note of Gratitude to make our visit & stay memorable. Barsha, your team & you have done a fabulous job at hosting us all. This compliment is just not from me or with regard to what wonderful things you did related to my book and the brief do at the 'Writers Bar’, a memory, I will cherish for life; but this comes from everyone on 6th during breakfast & lunch and during our chats with all guests at the Airport on our return. They were delighted with the over service & hospitality. I must commend you for leading so well from the helm of things and also truly empowering your team. Kudos! Excellent properly .. great service . V peaceful . Shimoi and Sonam were very courteous and efficient in their service . Thanks to the team we had a wonderful time. Views are v good . Rooms are v well appointed. Landscaping is fab and v well maintained.

We loved Raffles due to its exceptional hospitality, facilities and food! We were greeted with coconut water and showered in petals as we entered. The service was incredible as when we had dinner one of the dishes was slightly underwhelming however the head of food and beverages made a fresh dish which was delicious and brought cupcakes for the kids. Me and my son were given a lesson in shooting and my son had a fantastic experience on the zip line. We returned to the hotel and ordered two cocktails expertly prepared by Arpeet and returned to the room for an amazing sleep. The beds were so soft and the rooms superb with little gifts left on the bed. We were also given a family photo which was taken on arrival. Breakfast was super and even though we got down after it had closed, they made special arrangements just for us. Arpeet was once again brilliant and the service was great. The food was lovely as well. Raffles has been exceptional and we will definitely come back!

I was attending a wedding in Udaipur Raffles and Vaidehi Mishra from house keeping was extremely helpful and courteous. I commend her for her dedication and commitment to looking after us. Thank you Raffles Udaipur for a fantastic experience

One of my best stays in Udaipur. Coming for a 4 day relax and rejuvenate holiday. The Raffles team only made it better. From the room butler Koushik, to the restaurant team Gaurav, and from Long bar Gautam. And the others who only made the trip for me and my family more than comfortable. Every attention to detail was looked after. And the property was truly beautiful. Looking forward to my next visit.
