Wonderful Stay!!
We had a wonderful stay with the most heartfelt and warm service. The hotel has a magnificent location — close to everything, yet away from the busiest areas. The style is beautiful and cohesive throughout! The service is both caring and professional. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and look forward to returning!

Fantastic hotel. Great location, beautiful interiors and great staff
From start to finish our stay was fantastic. The location is great with easy walking distance to many major sites. Lots of restaurants and bars close by too. Our room was beautifully appointed as is the entire hotel. Breakfast was a delight. Amazing staff and delicious buffet with the option for cooked eggs made to order. We enjoyed a few drinks at the bar and again like all the staff they were helpful and very attentive. The staff on the front desk organised a water taxi for us on one evening and also one for the airport with everything being seamless. Highly recommended and we will return again. Also a great courtyard which looked lovely (sadly we didn’t have great weather) but they have a nice set up with furniture and a bar there too.

Soggiornato 2gg in questa struttura, la posso definire semplicemente perfetta. Le camere sono spaziose, ogni cosa è al posto giusto, la pulizia impeccabile; l’accoglienza all’arrivo è già il biglietto da visita, cocktail di benvenuto, pass per il centro storico, descrizione di servizi e luoghi dell’albergo. Il Concierge Ivan ed il suo team di ragazzi risolve ogni problema ed ogni Vostro desiderio sarà esaudito. Colazione perfetta, Gaetano e le ragazze ci hanno coccolato e viziato, credo la colazione migliore mai fatta in un hotel. Infine un 10 e Lode va al ristorante Vero, presente all’interno della struttura, la degustazione di 7 portate e’ stata un susseguirsi di emozioni visive, olfattive e gustative… Le Animelle e gli Spaghetti i miei piatti preferiti. Il mio giudizio finale? 10 con Lode

Superbe hôtel à Venise
Magnifique hôtel à Venise. Chambre relativement spacieuse, très bien équipée, très propre et mêlant un style moderne avec le charme local. Literie spectaculaire et très confortable. Personnel au petit soin à la réception et dans tout l'hôtel, en plus d'être agréable et efficace. Juste deux remarques : on nous a proposé le petit-déjeuner à EUR 45.- par personne, ce qui est une aberration complète ; et au moment du checkout, on vous rajoute d'office une taxe pour le service à la facture finale, dont on vous dit ensuite que vous pouvez la supprimer. Ce type de pratique, très américaine, ne sont pas et ne doivent pas devenir une norme en Europe. Un voyage à Venise, c'est déjà la certitude de dépenser beaucoup d'argent, et rarement pour la qualité qui devrait aller avec. Attention à ne pas abuser de votre clientèle et de ce qui vous fait vivre... Rien n'est immuable.

Lovely new hotel in a quiet location
Staff were always very helpful, location was good as was near various vaporetto stops, in a quiet area relative to other hotels, rooms were a good size/format, with turn downs/regular cleans throughout the day, breakfast, lunch & dinner available, as well as small spa/sauna facilities, which were slightly smaller than expected, but wasn't an issue, with massage if requested. A complimentary tour to Murano was also a pleasant surprise. Certainly worth a stay here if you can.
