Заходили попить кофе ,первое впечатление потрясающие,обслуживание на высоте ,шел немного ремонт,но это не испортило впечатление,кофе,пирожные просто восхитительные атмосфера просто как в замке чувствуешь себя королевой,обслуживание на высоте,хочется вернутся и пожить в этом отеле.На верху ресторан панорамный вид потрясающий,не удалось поужинать ,но мы обязательно вернемся.

Danieli es parte de la raíz de Venecia, y alojarte aquí resignifica la estadía, le da profundidad y magia. El palacio es impactante, el Lobby es un verdadero museo, y la terraza abraza un panorama que te deja sin aliento. Las habitaciones son clásicas, estilo veneciano, confortables y lujosas, jamás tendrás dudas de que estas en un palacio en Venecia. Amenities Acqua de Parma, clásicas, acompañando con aromas el viaje a un pasado esplendido. Turn Down service con perfume de lavandas y chocolates. Gran servicio en el desayuno. Enfáticas bienvenidas y una actitud generosa, típicamente italiana, a la hora de ofrecer e interactuar. Trabajando con nivel experto y orgullo de pertenecer a un equipo que conduce un icono. El servicio de masajes in suite es soberbio, todo un ritual. No hay nada mas relajante que recibir un masaje y no levantarse hasta unas horas después. Alojarme en Danieli ha sido como alojarme en una Diva, a cada mirada una foto, un alarde estético, un shock visual.

Staff were very rude, Roberto was very condescending and spoke down to us. Would not recommend going here. Much nicer places to go get a drink which have much friendlier staff and you will be made to feel much more comfortable. Would not go back in a rush

We had the most magical stay at the Hotel Danieli! We stayed for Carnaval. The service was so top notch, at every turn. Our room was standard, but the decor was fabuous and so well appointed. The hotel bar cannot be missed - try the litchi martini! The food was very nice. We weren't able to try the rooftop restaurant, or the airport transfers (too $$ for our budget) but we can't wait to return. Pros: Location, architecture, rooms, service Cons: Pricing of services

We came by for a cocktail, inspired by my wife's love of Venice and Hotel Danieli's reputation. Even though we were there for one drink, the service was exceptional, treating us valued guests, and the cocktails delicious, even as we sipped them incredibly slowly to enjoy the beautiful view. Grazie.
