Magnifiquement situé service magnifique terrasse magnifique resto idem serveurs très pro plats soignés et très copieux = attention! À été placé sur les toits donc ai demandé de changer… une superbe chambre à vue sur grd canal… trop top apéro soigné rdv gondole accompagné par concierge… que dire de plus?

Liked · At my request the hotel arranged a private pick up water taxi from the airport, this went exactly to plan, and exceeded our expecations, such a lovely start. Upon check in, we were given a free upgrade to a suite, a very generous touch. The hotels location is second to none, right in the heart of San marco sat on the edge of the Grand Canal. Yet the hotel still has a peaceful and quiet feel to it when inside. The hotel restuarant was excellent, great service and quality of food, and the setting right on the canal made it super special. Extremely friendly staff, the concierge to the waiters, all professional and welcoming. I would most definitely be reutrning to this hotel when visting Vence again. Thank you for making a weekend break so memorable.

Magnifique hôtel, très bien situé, proche de la place San Marco et du pont des Soupirs mais également des commerces. Très belle décoration, propreté irréprochable, literie très confortables. Superbe salle de bain. Petit déjeuner complet et varié. Personnel très sympa et de bon conseil. Nous y sommes allés au moment du carnaval, c'était féerique.

I cannot say enough great things about the customer service at this hotel. Our flight had been delayed significantly and we therefore lost our connection into Venice. That experience was stressful enough but then we were worried about how to get to our hotel. I sent a message via WhatsApp and the hotel immediately called me. They assured me that my transfer to the hotel could be changed to the new flight arrival time and that someone would be waiting for us in arrivals. The concierge was great at setting my kind at easy. The hotel itself is beautiful and in a great location, the rooms are tastefully decorated, comfortable and the morning breakfast was perfect. They arranged to have the two rooms booked close to each other so that our older kids were not to far from us. I was a little worried reserving a hotel with a brand I wasn’t familiar with but I can say with 100% certainty, that when return to Venice we will stay here.
