Maison Venezia

Pros: - location next to a canal so water taxi can drop you straight outside -stayed in suite which was a good size - amenities all provided without requesting (manicure set, shaving, dental kits) -afternoon tea (drinks and snacks provided in side room) Cons: - not the most welcoming of reception staff who seemed bothered by us asking to refill afternoon tea stations - poor breakfast selection compared to other 4* hotels we have stayed in in Italy - we chose this hotel as told it was a quiet one however our room faced a particularly noisy canal with motorised boats loading and unloading from the early hours of the morning - complimentary water only given when we arrived. After that no water provided in rooms so water bill racked up during stay - plumbing issues with bath and sink frequently getting blocked (which is why we didn’t risk drinking from the tap)

Hotel piccolo ed in posizione strategica sia rispetto alla stazione sia a Piazza San Marco. Si trova su una strada molto silenziosa, parallela ad una principale comoda per raggiungere le molte attrazioni. Le camere sono belle ed accoglienti. Colazione ottima e molto varia. Personale davvero cortese.

Pour la 4ème fois, nous avons choisi de revenir à la Maison Venezia Una Esperienze, notre hôtel de coeur. Cette fois, il s'agissait d'un séjour de 4 nuits durant le carnaval et comme toujours nous avons apprécié la proximité de l'hôtel pour tous les points d'intérêts (15 minutes à pieds de San Marco) mais dans un quartier très calme. L'hôtel est très confortable, les chambres spacieuses et bien agencées dans le style vénitien. le chauffage était très efficace, la literie parfaite. Côté accueil, rien à dire que des compliments, tout le monde est très agréable et professionnel. Le petit déjeuner est parfait. Bref, lorsque nous reviendrons à Venise, ça sera à l'hôtel UNA évidemment. Merci à toute l'équipe.

Davvero elegante pulito perfetto. In tema venezia in tutti i sensi. Con tutti i confort x gli ospiti. Personale cordiale e sempre pronto a soddisfare le esigenze degli ospiti. Lo consiglio a tutti x una esperienza unica . Mi sono sentita coccolata . Avvolta da un letto bianco .da accappatoi morbidi e tutti i vostri confort. Pensare che sono stata x il carnevale con venezia strapiena di turisti. Rientrare da voi era una grande carezza. Che dire perfetto

Lovely hotel. Great location. Rooms were clean and functional. Reception welcoming. Highly recommend. Near to water taxi stop and main shopping area. 30 mins walk from san marco piazza. They offer a free coffee pastry every afternoon to residents.
