Unbelievable hotel
Booked this hotel late as a result of another hotel letting us down and it was the best thing that could have happened. The hotel is absolutely stunning and so in keeping with the city. The decor is the best of any hotel I’ve ever been in. Each floor has a different theme and you could spend a day walking around it. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, from taking photos to organising routes for us to walk. Every single one of them were beyond helpful. We eat twice at the hotel as well as having breakfast everyday and couldn’t fault a thing. They even cooked for us after the kitchen has shut on the first night because we arrived late. If anyone is in doubt they should book this hotel.

Everything was more than perfect
Beautiful, enchanting building. The best of locations. Delicious breakfast. Excellent service. My wife Caterina and I had spent a weekend at The Metropole Hotel 20 years ago, and we repeated the experience last weekend. Hope we'll be able to do it again (maybe not in 2045, but a little earlier!). Special thanks to Ms Gloria Beggiato, general manager & owner of this gem!

Enchanting
We had the most amazing stay at the Metropole in Venezia. Totally enchanting : the warm and smiling welcome of Elio, then the beauty and high comfort of our suite, with laguna view. Hotel mit Wohlfühlfaktor!
Wir waren positiv überrascht von diesem wirklich speziellen Hotel. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr persönlich! Wir haben uns sofort willkommen und auch äusserst wohl gefühlt. Coole Bar und schöne Zimmer! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Danke dem ganzen Team!
