The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna

Wow! From the first moment you know this is a hotel that prides itself on service. People treat you very well, very personable. Rooms are very nice, bedding is awesome. It’s close enough to everything to walk to but very quiet and calming. Well worth the price. It was my first stay at a Ritz, and it won’t be my last!

The best hotel in all of Vienna, no questions asked. The level of warmth, hospitality and genuine care The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna delivers to its guests is on another level. Everyone you interact with - from the front desk to the concierge team to guest services to the Club Lounge ladies and gentlemen - go out of their way to deliver an exceptional experience. This is my second time staying at this property and it continues to be one of my favorite hotels. Cannot say enough great things about this property and it's incredible location - a 10/10!

Beautiful hotel, and excellent staff. I booked the club level, and the lounge was so nice. Friendliest people there to help you with everything. A huge selection of food all day long, open bar. Highly recommend. I booked a larger room, but was giving a corner quite. I guess due to Titanium? I asked no questions! From arrivel to departure, a perfect stay.

I don’t often write reviews, Ritz Carlton Vienna exceeded our expectations and is most certainly review worthy. We’ve stayed at multiple properties around Vienna over the years and I would put the Ritz in a category of its own. The staff, customer service, meals and rooms left nothing more to be desired. The room well thought out blending classic and modern elements. Above all service level exceeded standards set by best hotels, including other RItz properties. We booked the Club Level and I would highly recommend the service. Location also excellent, easy stroll under 20 mins to any attractions from Staatsoper nearby to Belvedere or any other museums along the ring, #2 tram stop is also 2 mins away to get anywhere along the Ringstrasse.

It’s not 5 star hotel of lux segment, it’s 2 star cheap motel , don’t get fooled by the Ritz naming!!! I arrived late in the evening and no one met me near the door! I was with a toddler and lots of luggages and I had to bring them all myself ( in this case I had to book 3 star hotel). The lobby is small, dark and narrow, the furniture there is very old and tired. The biggest shock I got after I have seen the room. Old carpets from 80, just disgusting, I wouldn’t take of my shoes for a moment , dirty old bed, dark room with not enough lighting and no view, it was a wall against our room. Sorry but €500 per night for such a motel , it’s stupidity and insult to pay.
