Hotel Bristol, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Warsaw

Amazing hotel, absolutely spotless, fantastic service. I asked for more decaf coffee capsules for their in-room coffee machine and was promptly brought a whole box. Fantastic breakfast, too, and a very helpful concierge. Plus, an amazing location.

This hotel boasts a rich tradition and history. The staff is truly outstanding—exceptionally kind and helpful. Guests can enjoy a small spa and swimming pool area. Its prime location, right next to the Old Town, makes it an excellent choice.

This hotel is simply beautiful and located super convenient! Stayed two nights in a standard room and got a good deal! Hotel bar is amazing and drinks are well prepared from a nice staff… a few comments - hotel lack a nice dinner restaurant - and main lobby seems oddly quiet. Will surely return when in Warsaw again!

Well hotel look good , ground floor is classic , but my room have problem for heating because one radiator doesn't work and the other was off and the air conditioning only blew cool air, at 3am I called and they brought me a blanket and turned on a radiator. There was no hair dryer in the bathroom Lastly, even though I knew that the room had to be vacated at midday according to the rules, I asked to be able to leave an hour later and they told me no even though I have been a member of the Marriot for many years. I took the room with points and paid for breakfast and I also had lunch here yesterday. The price for this city are very high and the room was nothing special Breakfast was good but expansive for this city

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel Bristol war geprägt von Licht und Schatten . Positiv : - Netter , wenn auch technischer Empfang - Super Concierge mit guten Tips - Super Lage direkt an der Altstadt - Gutes In-room Dining - Upgrade auf Suite war möglich Aber , es ist kein 5 Sterne Hotel auf Weltniveau : - Insgesamt sind die Zimmer renovierungsbedürftig alles wirkt noch nett aber Toilette , Heizung , Sofa , alles ist etwas heruntergekommen . - Service geht nicht den letzten Schritt :Minibar Wein war mit Wasser gefüllt , Schuhe werden nicht geputzt, die Bar ist nicht erlaubt für Kinder auch nicht für einen Champagner beim Check in , es ist kein Service wie im Adlon oder Mandarin Oriental . - Fitness sehr klein und stickig , keiner kümmert sich um Wasser oder Ähnliches .
