5 Star All the Way
Luxury Hotel at its finest. 5 star accommodations, staff and location. Excellent breakfast was included in my four night stay. The hotel physically knew but recreates the 160 year old hitter on the site destroyed during the war. This is review will be short because not much to say except 5 star all the way.

Luxury in Warsaw.
Absolutely the BEST hotel in Warsaw. They couldn’t be more accommodating to us on our stay. We stayed in a suite because we needed tow beds as I was traveling with my mom. This gives us a butler which brought us special treats each day. The cookies were amazing. Breakfast was fabulous. Dinner was outstanding. Great location a short 5 minute walk to Old Town. Would stay again in a heartbeat! Thank you!

Disappointing Stay
On other occasions, Raffles was excellent but this time it was disappointing for a few reasons. When I received my credit card statement, I noticed they definitely overcharged me. It wasn't a large amount, but it's the principle that counts. I have the receipt and they definitely added something to it after I left. Also, we were put in a room that was extremely noisy with the loud sounds of walking and dragging furniture over our head from about 12 midnight to 1am. I expect more of a top hotel.

Luft nach oben beim Service und Frühstück
Ich durfte mit meiner Tochter ein Wochenende im Raffles Warschau - Zimmer 234 - verbringen und wir waren insgesamt sehr angenehm angetan von der Qualität und Atmosphäre des Hauses. Der Empfang war herzlich, professionell und aufmerksam – ein wirklich gelungener Start in unseren Aufenthalt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das wunderschöne Zimmer, das nicht nur sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sondern auch makellos sauber war. Auch der Spa-Bereich – wenn auch klein – war sehr fein, gut ausgestattet und ebenfalls tadellos gepflegt. Das gesamte Hotel präsentiert sich in einem hervorragenden Zustand, elegant, ruhig und mit einer klaren Liebe zum Detail. Leider konnten diese positiven Eindrücke beim Frühstück nicht bestätigt werden. Am Samstagmorgen wurden wir überraschend kühl und wenig freundlich empfangen, was im Kontrast zum restlichen Serviceerlebnis stand. Auch am Sonntag blieb die Bedienung auffällig zurückhaltend bis praktisch inexistent. Die Auswahl am Buffet empfanden wir – gemessen am Anspruch und der Klasse des Hauses – als eher mager, und auch qualitativ gab es deutliche Schwächen: Der Cappuccino am Samstag war ungeniessbar, da die Milch offensichtlich geschieden und sauer war. Am Sonntag war das Naturjoghurt ebenfalls sauer, klumpig und von unappetitlicher Konsistenz. Beim Auschecken wurde unsere Kritik zwar zur Kenntnis genommen, aber nicht wirklich aufgenommen oder reflektiert, was letztlich doch einen eher faden Beigeschmack hinterlässt – besonders wenn man als AMEX-Centurion Member gewisse Standards erwartet. Ein Hotel mit viel Charme und großem Potenzial, das aber beim Frühstücksservice dringend nachbessern sollte, um dem eigenen Anspruch durchgehend gerecht zu werden.

Oustanding in every way
Raffles Warsaw is absolutely stunning. In over 40 years of traveling we have rarely experienced a hotel that was designed and built by such high standards. Every aspect of the interior design, furniture and equipment is immaculate. Furthermore staff attitude and service level during our stay was top notch and parallels the outstanding hardware. Also location could not be better. Breakfast was also excellent with the most delicious Eggs Benedict in a long time. We will definitely come back and highly recommend hotel in Warsaw.
