Conrad Washington DC

Nice hotel but the billing is out of sync with the advertised costs. I booked through American Exxpress FHR which I do not recommend as there is no real benefit. There was no upgrade and so I paid an additional $170 per night for an upgrade. I was quoted a rate by American Express FHR and was charged over a thousand dollars more not including the additional amount I paid for the upgrade. So the FHR only offers a $100 credit but you could do better by just reserving through the website and so I paid more than the FHR rate and then got charged even more for less service. There are random charges on my folio that make no sense. I would recommend the Intercontinental or the Pendry where I’ve stayed while in DC.

Great location, walking distance to most of major attractions. Booked a Studio Suite through Amex FHR, wasn't offered an upgrade but not sure if that's because the next category would've been a Sakura Club room. The room itself was very spacious, but considering it's one of the more expensive rooms, it felt odd that it was facing a parking lot . The hotel seems fairly new, some things could use some updating. The furnishings felt a bland and didn't have a "wow" factor. Housekeeping was highlight of the room, they did an execllent job. Doormen could use some personality, out the numerous times we've left and came back they never really acknowledged us. To me this felt more like a business hotel than what is supposed to their flagship property.

In the best location of downtown of Washington, walking distance to brand shopping stores , very clean and quiet hotel , polite and helpful staff, Nour in reciption was very polite and supportive staff he explained us all activities inside hotel ,we definitely come back to this hotel, thank you conrad Washington 🙏

This is one of those properties / experiences that is diffucult to point a fault in, yet feel like a pay to play product rather than an experience. Perhaps it’s unfair to expect an experience from a business hotel, so from that point of view, it is a decent choice in DC. Good location, good rooms, although the lobby on 3rd floor is not ideal Good breakfast, and mostly helpful staff.

Nothing but amazing! Stay in DC a conference and my stay was nothing but amazing before arrival and checkin and the say was unbelievable. I highly recommend this place for many reasons. The location is great; rooms are amazing; customer service outstanding; clean…. I need to thank all the people who work at this property and particularly Robert manager; Jules Steel; at the concierge who helped me celebrate my friend new job promotion (by the way he was so happy by the surprise and thank all of you). Many thanks to the people at the Sakura club amazing food and customer service received from Amarti; Lilly. Thank to Arash as well and everyone at the front desk. Will be back . Special shout out to Rob once again you made this trip special!
