The name Dupont may be the most common surname in France, but in the United States it is known as one of the toniest areas of Washington DC. At the very top of Dupont Circle is The Dupont Hotel, perhaps the only place in the city where politicos and party leaders can peacefully co-exist. Newly re-opened and part of The Doyle Collection of properties, The Dupont Hotel's modernly designed spaces are evident throughout the public areas as well as behind each and every guest room door. Contemporary appointments add another layer of luxury to the hotel's harmonious setting. Amenities are abundant with private physical training, in-suite massage and spa services, heated bathroom floors and an entire level reserved for those wanting private membership to the property.

I've stayed at the Dupont Circle 3 times so far, and I will continue to stay there on future trips to DC. The rooms are clean, the bed mattress is firm and good height from the floor. Very nice bathroom and shower. Great customer and room service. The hotel restaurant and bar is really good. Good location with equally good restaurants or fast food nearby. I've recommended numerous people to Dupont Circle and they too had good stays. I look forward to my next stay at Dupont Circle! Highly recommended!

Great boutique feel in a my favourite part of town. The staff makes the hotel. Room was well appointed with all the necessary amenities. Macaroons on arrival were a nice tough. Housekeeping kept the room very tidy each day. My checkout was kindly extended to 3 PM. And when I asked to buy a stamp thru the concierge, he kindly gave me one for free (I needed one to send my niece her birthday card). I would definitely return and will become a regular when I come to DC each year.

Located at the intersection of Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New Hampshire Avenues in Northwest Washington, DC, Dupont Circle has served as the anchor of a neighborhood of diplomats, government officials, war commemorations, and the LGB community for over 200 years.
