The breakfast is about the only thing that was decent unfortunately. It is still not quite as luxurious as the breakfast at the Savannah location and service was hit and miss As others have said, the destination fee is a money grab with no value extended in exchange. The one thing I was willing to partake in was the arrival mocktail and when asked about it, I was told, oh sorry they just took it away, it was finished. From an ethics standpoint, you may wish to consider removing the destination fee or provide significantly better amenities in exchange for it. Globalist recognition was limited. I received a room with a small balcony that I didn't use - it rained during a fair amount of my stay. No amenities or special touches. I didn't find the location particularly convenient and would avoid staying in this area again if I could - the only reason I was there was to try this hotel. Sleep quality was poor, with folks yelling in the hallways including on school nights. My friend chose this hotel because I was there and she had an equally poor stay. I feel really awful for being the reason she had a crappy weekend experience. I think it's necessary to work on the value proposition and guest experience.

The stay was lovely, the room was nice, there was no desk. The front desk staff explained what was open what was not. I would recommend that when Happy Hour starts- the front desk text the patrons to remind them, after a full day of work we all need some help. Also, the destination charge needs to go, it's a frivolous charge that is clearly added to squeeze additional funds out of the patrons.

Hotel was beautiful, I did makeup for a bridal party and Bryant helped me to my car, loaded it up and was super pleasant! The hotel was so clean, the bathrooms were in great condition! Everyone I came in contact with was super helpful and friendly

Great stay, go to hotel in the area. Staff at all levels is superb, hotel is clean/quiet/modern. Navy yard is a nice area to stay in when traveling to DC and location is perfect. Stayed here 2 times and next time I’m in the area it’ll certainly be my first choice!

We’ve stayed at this hotel probably a dozen times now with our dogs and each time is an enjoyable stay. The customer service is always top notch, particularly Bryant at valet serviced who was of great help as we were checking out. We’ll be back, thanks!
