Took a while to get reservations, but it was eventually worked In the beginning we had a rough time with the clerk. However, we were eventually able to get the situation taken care of after them taking the time to see what you needed. As for the rules, the rooms were rather clean. We did have a nice view of the balcony. I wish the happy hour was a little bit affordable. However it was a overall pleasant experience.

Everyone was respectful and polite and very nice. I only had one mishap and that was that my key card kept deactivating but with no problem the front desk always was prompt about fixing that issue other than that everything was real nice the rooms was nice customer service is nice the bar was nice hotel looks magnificent

With my friend we had to stay an extra night in DC because of a flight cancellation. We were happy to quickly find this hotel. The place looks nice although a bit dark and the staff was very friendly. Our big disappointment came later because of a nose from the next door room. The sex activity lasted long and it was disturbing for us. Terrible place to have peaceful night. You can hear everything from above and around.

The lobby gives all the good vibes. Micheal , Carla, Mercy and Ida were amazing help with our check out processes and My nights there were so restful as that’s the only time I spent in my room. My only con was that the streamer in the room was not working properly.

This boutique hotel experience brimming with a contemporary style music and energy is always my go to because it's close to GWU where my daughter attends school and it's comfortable. However as small as it seems the old ragedy rug and concrete floors that have spots that appear to look like old gum or pigeon poop is the only thing stopping me from recommending to my friends. Please upgrade the floors. Otherwise it's an amazing place. You will love it as long as you don't look down.
