Exceptional Accommodations and Service
Beautiful hotel! Amazing staff; courteous, helpful, and accommodating. Rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable, and so quiet. Wonderful complimentary wine and cheese hour every afternoon. Breakfast choices are included and delicious. Fabulous rooftop terrace to enjoy all day. Valet parking is quick and worth every penny. So glad we stayed here and will definitely return in the future.

Five-Star Customer Service That Made My Decision Easy!
I recently called around to several hotels in the Charleston area to ask about accommodations, local sightseeing, and recommendations for an upcoming trip with my daughter. After speaking with several people at various hotels around the city, I finally had the pleasure of connecting with a customer service representative named Kierra at the HarbourView Inn. Kierra’s customer service was exceptional. She was friendly, professional, and most importantly, she listened. She didn’t rush through my questions or give vague answers. She genuinely took the time to explain the hotel amenities, give thoughtful suggestions about things to do in Charleston, and made me feel completely welcomed over the phone. In a society where great customer service is hard to find, Kierra stood out in the best way. Her knowledge, patience, and kindness made all the difference in the world. I knew right away that I was going to book a reservation at this hotel, without hesitation. I have no doubt our experience there will be just as wonderful as my first impression of Kierra!

The entire staff treated us like family. They were courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and went out of their way to help us. The location is great and is within walking distance to most everything in Charleston. The rooms are large, clean and up to date. It's a great place to stay.

Girls Trip 2025
The temperpedic beds were fabulous! All services offered were worth every penny. The entire staff were super helpful, very kind and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed to make our stay wonderful. From housekeeping, to valet parking to the breakfast room delivery and front desk staff, everyone was super helpful and kind.
